1. About the service
Giftmu is a digital gift service run by Giftmu (nama badan usaha belum diisi). The sender picks a template, adds memories (names, messages, photos, song links), pays, and receives a private link and QR code to share with the recipient. The recipient opens the gift in a browser without an account.
2. Prices & payment
- Standard plan: Rp29.000 one-time payment per link, active for 30 days.
- One year plan: Rp45.000 one-time payment per link, active for 1 year.
- Forever plan: Rp79.000 one-time payment per link, never expires.
- Payments are processed by Mayar (QRIS, virtual account, e-wallet) in Indonesian Rupiah. We do not store your card, bank, or e-wallet details.
- Extending the active period from the sender page: +30 days Rp15.000, +1 year Rp29.000, make it forever Rp49.000. The time is added to the end of the current period (or from the moment of payment if it has already ended); the link, QR, and content stay the same.
- Promo codes only apply under their own conditions (plan, quota, validity) and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The gift link is published once payment is confirmed. Invoices not paid within their time limit are canceled automatically.
3. Refunds
Because a gift is published right after payment, we cannot refund gifts that have been published and can be opened. We do refund payments that went through but failed to publish a gift, and duplicate payments. Contact us within 7 days of payment and include your proof of payment.
4. Gift content & the sender's responsibility
The sender is fully responsible for the content of the gift they make. You may not include:
- pornographic or violent content, hate speech, bullying, or threats;
- content that breaks Indonesian law, including fraud and gambling;
- photos, songs, or other works that are not yours without the rights holder's permission;
- other people's personal data (ID numbers, full addresses, financial data) without their consent.
We may deactivate links that break these rules, including after a report from the recipient or anyone else, without a refund. Song links added by the sender are the sender's responsibility.
5. Links, locks & active period
- Anyone with the link can see the gift's lock tag. If the sender set a lock, the gift only opens with the correct answer.
- Keep the link and the lock answer safe. We are not responsible for gifts opened because the link or answer was shared with others.
- While the gift is active, its content (text, photos, song, lock) can be edited from the sender page. The template and plan can't be changed.
- When the plan's active period ends, the link no longer opens until it is extended, and the gift content is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Availability
We work to keep every gift openable, but the service may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance or third-party outages (hosting, payments). Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected gift.
7. Changes & governing law
These terms may be updated; the latest version is always on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If this English version differs from the Indonesian one, the Indonesian version prevails. See also our Privacy Policy.
